All appointments require a non-refundable deposit that will be put towards your future service.

In the case that you need to reschedule your appointment, please do so atleast 48 hours prior to your appointment. Failure to do so will incur a loss of your deposit. An additional fee may be added onto your appointment if excessive rescheduling occur.

Please be aware that appointments are scheduled back to back and a that a grace period of 15 minutes for permanent makeup and 5 minutes for all other services will be given. A late arrival beyond the given grace period will be considered a no show and will incur the loss of your deposit as well as your appointment slot.

All new cosmetic tattooing appointments include a touch up between 4-8 weeks for brows and 6-8 weeks for lips after your initial procedure. Clients are responsible for booking their included touch up appointment. If you miss your included touch up appointment or schedule one after this time frame, forfeiture of your included touch up will occur and a new appointment along with its associated costs will be required.
